Josh specializes in placing partners, associates, and in-house counsel across M&A, private equity, litigation, and regulatory practices. His track record includes placing senior legal talent for major law firms and corporations nationwide.

Before ECB, Josh served as a Managing Director at The PeterSan Group, leading retained and contingency searches. He earned a double major in political science and criminal justice from Indiana University and a master’s degree in criminology from John Jay College.
