Alex Dotsch is a Partner with ECB STAR Group in London, where he leads the firm's Executive Advisory practice that sits within Private Equity Services.
Alex works with senior executives to secure Chairman, CEO, Board and Advisory roles in buyouts, and helps them identify, develop and finance their own deals. His relationships with senior executives give PE buyout, sovereign wealth and pension funds a proprietary edge - originating proprietary platform transactions, developing angles on upcoming deals and unlocking follow-on M&A for their portfolio companies.
Prior to joining ECB STAR Group, Alex was a Partner and founding member of a deal origination practice at a PE-focused executive search & advisory firm.
Alex holds a First Class degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol, and has passed the US FINRA Series 7 and Series 79 exams.
