Annie Ellinas

Annie Ellinas is a Consultant in the Private Equity Services practice at ECB STAR Group, where she focuses on working with senior executives to develop proprietary deal ideas and value creation angles on upcoming transactions, as well as sourcing senior advisors and strategic talent for private equity clients.

Based in London, Annie brings experience from a leading private equity-focused pre-deal search firm, where she specialized in identifying, engaging, and delivering senior advisor talent to private equity clients. She has gained exposure across the TMT sector, with the majority of her recent work focused on the Business and Financial Services sectors. In this capacity, she has partnered closely with clients across the EU, DACH, and UK markets, playing a key role in supporting team delivery and leading mandates for senior strategic talent.

Annie holds a First-Class Honours degree in Management with Entrepreneurship from Royal Holloway, University of London.
