Jackie Tisch is a Principal in ECB STAR Group’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice, bringing over 30 years of executive retained search experience. She specializes in senior-level searches across the life sciences sector, including Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, HEOR, and corporate functions such as HR, Finance, and IT. Jackie partners closely with pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare organizations to build high-impact leadership teams from Director to C-suite.
Prior to joining ECB, Jackie spent 12 years at Taylor Strategy Partners (a Syneos Health company), where she served as Managing Director of the Clinical/Medical Affairs practice. In that role, she led executive search engagements, drove business development, and managed a high-performing team.
