Jenna brings over a decade of experience in administrative leadership and project coordination, supporting executive search teams across fintech, technology, financial services, and Board practices since 2021. She has partnered with nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and private companies to strengthen client service and streamline operations.
Before entering executive search, Jenna led cross-functional teams, managed onboarding and training programs, and implemented process improvements across various administrative roles. She continues to build on her background in education, communications, and project management through ongoing learning and certifications.
Originally from Buffalo, New York, Jenna now lives in Topsail Beach, North Carolina. She is a proud military spouse and mother of four.
