Jennifer Watkins is a Partner at ECB STAR Group, advising clients on executive leadership appointments and talent strategy across industrial, manufacturing, aerospace & defence, packaging, building products, and technology enabled businesses.
Before entering executive search, Jennifer spent two decades in commercial leadership roles within the industrial sector, including leadership positions at Arconic, formerly part of Alcoa. Her experience leading global teams, growth initiatives, and complex customer relationships enables her to bring an operator’s perspective to every search.
Jennifer partners with organizations to identify leaders across commercial, operational, technology, data & AI, and enterprise leadership functions. She attended Texas A&M University and is a passionate advocate for individuals with differing abilities and their families.
