About
Lisa B. Baird is a Senior Advisor at ECB STAR Group, bringing over 25+ years of experience spanning executive search, human resources, and management and leadership consulting. In this role, Lisa supports the growth of the HR functional executive search practice and advises ECB STAR’s team on senior HR leadership search and advisory, including CHRO and HR leadership team placements, executive assessment, and executive coaching.
Lisa led the Global Human Resources Officer search practice at Heidrick & Struggles previously oversaw global human resources for a leading hedge fund and earlier in her career held roles at Goldman Sachs, McKinsey & Company, and Fidelity Investments.
Lisa earned a BA in Public Policy from Princeton University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. She is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at the General Theological Seminary.
