Lydia Kelley is a Partner within the Legal practice at ECB STAR Group, based in Chicago. Lydia is an attorney who practiced in the Tax area with an AmLaw 50 firm for over two decades. While a practicing attorney, she was Managing Partner of the firm's largest office, as well as Global Hiring Partner, overseeing the interviewing and onboarding processes of lateral partners and associates for the firm's 20+ offices worldwide.
Lydia understands the importance of a successful match between a lawyer and law firm/business, as well as the need for complete confidentiality and considered integration of the lawyer in the lateral process.
Lydia earned her law degree from The University of Michigan Law School.
