Rob Rostron is a Partner in the CFO Practice at ECB STAR Group. Drawing on a career spanning three decades in executive search and management consulting, Rob brings deep sector insight and a pragmatic, commercial perspective to every engagement.
Prior to joining ECB STAR Group, Rob led a private equity-focused executive search practice and delivered high impact advisory and transaction related consulting assignments for financial sponsors and corporate clients. His background includes nearly a decade advising on M&A transactions and earlier delivering complex consulting projects across both private and public sector organisations.
Rob is a graduate of University at Albany, State University of New York with a B.S. degree in Accounting & Business.
