Ryan Barron is a Consultant within ECB STAR's Industrials Practice, where he partners with private equity sponsors, portfolio company leadership teams, boards of directors, and executive leadership teams on critical leadership decisions. Prior to joining ECB STAR, he advised public, private, family-owned, and sponsor-backed organizations on executive and functional leadership appointments, supporting clients through periods of growth, transformation, and organizational change.
Ryan is known for his disciplined approach to market intelligence, executive assessment, and candidate development.
