Shannon Hassler is a Partner within the Industrials practice at ECB STAR Group, supporting clients in executive search powered by market intelligence and structured assessment and selection practices.
Prior to joining ECB STAR, Shannon specialized in supporting clients with inclusive leadership practices and helping drive business applications of the Rockefeller Foundation-sponsored research, on the career journeys of the women CEOs of the Fortune 1000. Shannon spent the early part of her career in financial officer recruitment, then broadened into talent consulting with a focus on assessment, succession, and board effectiveness, and then served as Practice Management Director for the CFO and CEO & Board practices of a SHREK firm.
Shannon received her J.D. from Illinois Institute of Technology's Chicago-Kent College of Law. She is a Class of 2012 alumna of Leadership Sandy Springs and an advisory board member of The Atlanta Women's Collective.
