Shiv Dave is a Partner at ECB STAR Group in London, working within the firm's Private Equity Services practice. He partners with large-cap buyout, sovereign wealth and pension funds to support high-impact pre-deal advisory work, bringing a rigorous understanding of markets, leadership teams and value creation priorities. Shiv works closely with world-class CEOs and Chairs to assess market dynamics, evaluate leadership capability and provide sponsors with differentiated insight across priority sectors.
Prior to joining ECB STAR Group, Shiv was a Principal at a PE-focused advisory firm, and previously worked in investment banking at Berenberg and sports strategy consulting at Two Circles, where he advised organisations including the Premier League, FIFA and Arsenal. Shiv holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from Durham University.
