Todd is a seasoned executive support and project coordination professional with over two decades of experience in executive search, consulting, and professional services. Todd currently serves as a Project Coordinator at ECB STAR Group, where he supports executive-level search engagements and contributes to the firm's talent advisory work. Todd’s role involves managing complex project logistics, maintaining client communications, and ensuring precision across all phases of the search process.
Before joining ECB in 2025, he worked at Artico Search as a Project Manager. There, he led administrative operations for high-profile searches, coordinated candidate and client interactions, and delivered polished, time-sensitive materials. Todd was also instrumental in supporting business development efforts and maintaining operational integrity across multiple concurrent projects.
Previously, Todd spent nearly a decade at The Caldwell Partners, where he supported partners in the firm’s Private Equity/Venture Capital and Healthcare practices. His experience across diverse sectors and senior mandates underpins his deep expertise in executive search operations.
