Over the course of his career, Tom has dedicated himself entirely to executive search, founding Wilkinson Partners and serving as its CEO until its acquisition and subsequent transition to ECB STAR Group.
Tom’s clients include professional services firms, private equity, corporations, and investment banking institutions. Known for his ability to recruit partners, managing directors, and senior leaders, he has earned a strong reputation for driving business transformation through strategic talent acquisition.
His functional expertise in professional services spans tax, legal, transaction advisory, strategy, and value creation. Within private equity funds and investment banks, he has led searches across investment, investor relations and distribution, fundraising, private wealth solutions, and structured finance. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Birmingham.
