Tori Miller is a Senior Associate with ECB Star Group, specializing in retained Executive, C-Suite, and Board search. She works with venture-backed, private equity-backed, established, and high-growth Consumer businesses to build out leadership teams, driving transformation and long-term value creation.
Tori’s functional expertise spans CCO, CHRO, CFO, and President searches, as well as independent board director placements. Her clients range from legacy institutions to category-creators spanning the Consumer Industry, including Creative Artists Agency, SAKS, Greylock, A&E Networks, as well as portfolio companies of PE firms Hudson’s Bay Company and TPG.
Before joining ECB, Tori spent four years at Daversa Partners in Los Angeles, CA. Her earlier career experience includes leading an HR team for Target and working with the Talent Acquisition team at Nationwide Insurance.
Tori is an Alumna of The Ohio State University and is based in Chicago, IL.
