Vivienne Machado is a Partner within Private Equity Practice for ECB STAR Group, focusing on fund hiring, portfolio management, and operating partner roles. Vivienne also leads our Executive-Level RPO business for our Private Equity clients. With 25+ years of experience across Europe, Asia, CIS, and North America, she brings unmatched global expertise to the team.
Vivienne began her career in HR at UBS and Deutsche Bank before founding a successful RPO practice acquired by Korn Ferry. She later held senior roles at SoftBank and Blackstone, driving fund and operating partner recruitment across Europe and the Middle East.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Vivienne is also an accredited executive coach. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of London and a postgraduate diploma in Marketing.
