About
Will Cox is an Associate at ECB STAR Group, specialising in legal recruitment for global law firms and asset management teams. Will has gained experience working on a variety of associate roles in the London market, working with elite U.S. and UK law firms.
Before joining the search industry, Will was a commissioned officer in the British Army, in an Armoured Cavalry Regiment. He gained experience deploying, training, and, leading diverse teams in austere conditions worldwide.
Will graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in 2018, and earned his bachelor’s degree in politics from Newcastle University.
